Hi Charlotte,

Ok no problem - I have just uploaded a video for you onto YouTube showing you how to hold an electric and acoustic. It's a bit mumbley and drawn out (!) but it should help. Here is the link

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GrdmQfkLp5k

Please get in touch if you need any more help :)

Hi Sammi!

I'm glad you got the first bit - the second part is definitely harder, and you will definitely need to download the TAB if you haven't already. Keep rewinding the video and watching which fingers I am using whilst having the TAB with you. The TAB will tell you how many times I am playing each note and which note exactly I am playing. I hope that helps a bit? Dan :)

Hi Bob,

Glad you enjoyed the lesson! Sorry to hear about the broken arm, but it won't be long before you can get going. Give me a call when that cast is off and we can get you started!

Hi Rob, yes I absolutely agree with you! If you listen to Freddie King on ´Same Old Blues' you are hearing a huge amount of creativity, mostly from just 5 notes! So it is well worth trying to get the most from a very little. Keep trying it :)
