The bass guitar side of Brighton Guitar Academy is run by Matt and Chris
Both tutors are professional bass players as well as teachers, and have some notable highlights to their career so far! Matt has been a professional bass guitarists since 1998 and highlights of his career thus far include playing the main stage at Glastonbury, touring the UK and Ireland with Pete Bennett and currently playing with the UK's most sought after party band.
Chris has recorded for BBC Radio 1 Xtra (Ras Kwame show), BBC Radio 2 (Bob Harris show) and laid down grooves for the Ministry of Sound.He has also worked for hip/hop grime stars Ashley 'Bashy' Thomas, Cleo Sol and DaVinChe – who has produced tracks for Kano, Tinchy Stryder, Tinie Tempah and Wiley.
